At Anderson Education, I aim to provide high-quality services and resources that genuinely support learners. Please read the refund policy carefully for tutoring, assessments, and digital products.
Tutoring Sessions

Payment for tutoring is made on the day of the session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. In this case, no fee will be charged.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a £15 cancellation fee, unless there are exceptional circumstance.

Missed sessions without notice may be charged at the full session rate.
Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessments

A £100 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date.

The remaining balance is due on the day of assessment.

No refunds will be given once the assessment has been completed and the report process has begun.
Digital Downloads

All resource purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of instant digital delivery.
