At Anderson Education, all resources are currently delivered as digital downloads. No physical products are shipped at this time.

Delivery of Digital Products

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an instant download link or email containing the resource(s) you've purchased. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

When Will I Get My Files?

Most digital resources are delivered automatically within a few minutes of purchase. If you don't see your download link:

Check your span or junk folder
Double-check your email address

File Format

All downloads are provided in either PDF or ZIP format. These can be opened on most devices using standard apps like Adobe Reader, Winzip.

Updates & Re-downloads

If a product is updated after you purchase it, I will do my best to notify you and provide access to the updated version at no extra cost.

Physical Products

At this time, I do not offer printed or physical versions of any resources. If this changes in future, shipping details will be updated here.
